How to Make Fabric Flowers
I thought 'how to make fabric flowers' would be an easy subject to research... how wrong can you be! I have found a couple of web based resources which are detailed at the bottom of this page! I has taken literally years to find my best recommendation, which is, I consider, the best ebook available on the subject. To check out the

free sample from the ebook... just click the link. Alternatively, you can read on further down the page for a more detailed explanation. [I have been most gratified, in fact totally delighted - to receive positive feedback on this item already in my Webmail!] [Update... I have since bought another book which is called 'Handmade Silk Flowers' by Bruce Miller & Mary Donnelly, published by Prentice Hall Press, New York. This is an extremely detailed book which shows how to make 44 different flowers... if you want to know everything on the subject, yes, it is very good. But I personally wouldn't recommend it for someone with a casual interest, or a beginner, as it may appear daunting.]

has a free sample from the ebook available to download. The book is just so well illustrated, with short and simple explanations... I was 100% impressed! You will learn all the basic techniques of how to make fabric flowers, and then if you want to make different flowers... you have two options. The cheapest option would be to buy, or grow, the flower you want to make, and then study its structure in order to make patterns from it. The other option would be to go for a more detailed print book - but, I don't think that would be necessary once you have the confidence, which you will inevitably gain from the brilliant ebook from Prudence Millinery, which I've already given a link to... above.
